Ok so when I came home from horses haven yesterday one of my neighbors i dont like walk up and said that she brought her rabbit (which is like 6 months or older) over to my other neighbor that lives next to me ( her rabbit is around 3 or 4 months) she told me that they had them in the house together and they were humping each other. Well my husband told me that they had them in cage together, and they were humping each other , and the neighbors were laughing about it. My husband said they did that on purpose and he wasnt to happy to see that, so he left. But isnt the 3 or 4 month old rabbit to young to have babies???? the other one ( the boy rabbit thats the neighbors) is as old as my rabbit. I was thinking about this last night and I think that this is cruel to those animals. I wouldnt do that to my rabbit. These neighbors are the same people that want to start a neighborhood watch. yea they want us to watch there kids because they dont. But yea see were Im going with this. Irresponsible, Immature people. Do you think that bunny will die if its pregnant????

Rabbit can breed from as young as 3 months, so I suppose it's a possibility. Although young, I don't think it'll be dangerous, otherwise nature wouldn't have made it possible at that age. The only thing is if she does have kitts and the owners don't know what they're doing, the chances are she'll get upset and kill her own babies :(

Rabbits should be breed when they are 6 months old.. Not 3 or 4 months. Being breed at 3 or 4 months might kill the doe.And the kits. Do u know what breed of rabbits they are?

Im not sure what kind of breed they are but I know the neighbor next to me got her bunny from the same place i did. The guy we got them from takes every good care of his animals. I know mine has floppy ears but hers has ears that stick up and hers is like a brownish bronze color. Mine bunny and her bunny came from a different litter though. so im not to sure.

yes if the femail gits pregnet it will kill the femail and the babys thay shouldnt breed until thay are 9 mounts old (so thay are done growing and fully develeped) and even if the femail is a grown girl the people need a mail thats smaller than the femail or she and the kits will die no qustion i need to know what breed she is to tell you if its possable fore her to git pregnet
