Well I had this dachshund named reggie and five years ago he died from a heart attack, It was very traumatizing for me. I was taking him to the vet too get a check up and i hadn't left my house yet. I rolled the window down because he loved looking out the window and he was just lying on my passenger seat, so i picked him up and held him like a baby on his back and as i was looking at him I watched his eyes roll back and he was gone. I didn't know what to do, that was the first time i had seen a death. But i miss him dearly and then last october I lost my other dog Nykers she died of cancer to the bladder, i had no idea that she was even sick, so the vet wanted to spay her and when they put her under she passed away, they called me but i was 5 minutes late. She was the dog that i got after the passing of reggie, so it was like losing two dogs at once. She was there for me when reggie died and never left my side. I miss them both very much:(
