leo gecko

hello everyone. i just got a leo gecko. kinda looking for a little info on keeping him. i have him in a 10 gallon aquarium, would like to get him a little bigger one if needed. has a sand bottom, with big rocks. also got a heating pad to put under the aquarium. i bought him already in this set up. was told to feed him a dozen crickets a week and spray water in the tank every couple of days. was i put on the right track here? was told he is 6 years old also. he is very calm, doesnt mind being held or anything. i think he is a great new pet. any advice or suggestions would be greatly apreciated. just want to raise him healthy as possible. thanks

well i dont know much about gecko's but i would imagine if you wanted him to get bigger i would put him in a bigger tank. like a 20 gallon tank long. not depth because its not enough room. but check with your petstore and see what they say.
