I am curiuos about the temp and humdity range of the tank. It is not really that normal for crabs to eat other crabs during molting in a properly maintained tank, in fact we do not ISO molters and no one has eatten another crabs exo or another crab it's self.
I would suggest to just pick up the dead crab and scoop out some of the sand/substrate where it was and replace that bit with fresh and then all shloud be fine. There is no need to disturb anyone, it is an easy cleanup.
