She had a stroke and went fast. She wasn't in pain too long. It was at around 7:30 pm. She was a good dog and will be missed very much by many. Such a sweet girl. She was my roo-poo. Loved everybody. Mike, my husband, brought her home in his hat almost 14 years ago. She was his best bud. We are going to put her in the garden with her favorite blue flowers that she used to stand in sniff for hours. I am going to miss her terribly.

Thanks Diane. Makes me feel better to tell you guys. I am real worried about Mike. He is taking it really hard. I have known her for 3 years and just loved her like crazy but she really was close to Mike. Followed him every where. They were inseperable. I am not sure wheather to leave him alone or what?

Sorry for your loss. When we lost our Rottie my wife wanted me with her all the time but there were times when I wanted to be alone. Talk to him. All people grieve differently.

Thanks you guys. It gets worse when you are over the shock of it. I wish I was with her when she passed. I was in the darn kitchen. I didn't think she was going to go. She must have been so scared and cold. Mike was in the room with her but not at her side. I think she would have been glad to not let us see her take her last breath. She was very proud. Putting her in the ground was the worst. We burried her in her Scooby Doo sleeping bag and pillow with her stuffies and lots of flowers. Man it just really is the pitts. Thanks for listening guys. She is in no more pain.
