Help !!!!

I recently bought a baby turtle. It seems like it is sick, won't eat and eyes stay closed. What is wrong and what can I do .

First what kind of turtle is it? I suppose its a red eared slider, how do you have it set-up and what have you tried feeding it? Also how was it set-up where you bought it? These are all questions that should be awnsered to give an idea of what could be wrong with your turtle
