The pet store told me she is, they said if she has a black spot buy the anal fin, then she is pregnant, u can also tell by the increase in weight =\

the darkining spot is a clue, but watching to see if she gets fat isnt the best way...Its impossible to tell you how many fry she will have, if its her first drop *unlikely* it will be small, but if she has dropped many times, she will have more fry each time.

that dark spot shouldn't be visible on mollies, and really should only be visible on guppies.
since you got her from a lfs instead of a breeder, she will come pregnant. dont forget that a single female can reproduce many times without a male. female mollies usually breed once every 28-30 days, and should produce aboiut 30 -60 fry.
after she first drops her young, write it down, and about every 28 days add her tlo a breeding trap to increase the number of fry that live.

ok, suppose its been a while sence I last owned mollys...I cant even remember lol...my bad..
and adding her to a breeding trap might not be a great idea, I would add her to sepreate aquarium with either a few inches of java mss on the bottom, or REALLY well cleaned spanish moss *a dried craft moss available at walmart and craft stores* < it can realy dirty the water, so you will want to soake it for about a week with regular rincings, after that you can use it again and again with no issues of dying, rotting, ect..
