Need help in figuring out what type of bird this is.

A friend of mine saw this parrot yesterday that was the size of a quaker but it wasn't a quaker. She said the basic color is yellow with a little bit of red or orange and has a black beak. It has the same body type of a quaker but I looked at all the types of quakers and that's not what it is.

If anyone can please tell me what they think it could be, please let me know. I think it could be some type of conure. Thanks

My friend and I looked at a few types of birds and she said that bird is a conure. She said it was built like my quaker but I told her that it should be thicker in the body.

She told me that the guy who owns him, feeds him just sunflower seeds. I wasn't very happy about that. She has own two quakers in the past and we feed only Zupreem pellets.
