on saturday i lost my little girl rat banger she was 2 and a half
about 2 weeks ago i rushed her to the vet as she had cut her eye she became half blind but that didnt bother her it cost me $124 australian in vet bills she was fine untill thursday last week i think she cought namonia and went into shok so i gave her a warm towl to sleep in and she came out of shok but still not breathing properly so i bought her some baby food its vegies mashed up that you heat up in the microwave she really enjoyed that
while this was going on the human kids where up in queensland my husband said banger (the rat) was staying alive to say godbye to the kids the kids where coming home saturday night
so saturday came and when the kids got home we told them banger wont live much longer so with tears in there eyes they said good bye banger seemed to have picked up she was eating and drinkinking and walking around her cage fine
later that night i checked on her and she had lost control of some of her body and i knew she was dying so i stayed up isead of going to bed and held her untill she fell asleep it was about 1:00 in the morning i cant believe a little rat held on to say goodbye to the reast of the family expecially for jasmine
me and jasmine where the ones to play with her the most
banger was very afectionate and got spoilt we will miss her greatly as she was part of the family:(
