Can someone please help me?

I dont know whats wrong with my Cockatiel. He looks completely fine, but randomly its leg will go up and down rapidly. Hes acting normal, or atleast trying to, hes not limping, thers nothing on his foot, there is nothing wrong with his foot, so why is he doing this!? At first he began to tend to it, but now he just chirps when it happens, and its not a happy chirp. he knows he cant do anything about it, and i dont know whats wrong either, does anyone have any idea what might be wrong?

Is he actually putting his leg inside of his body? If that's the case, then he's probably just cold. But, I am certainly no expert. I'd call the vet and ask them just to be on the safe side.

Also, did you just get him? It may just be his own quirky way of telling you he's upset about something. But, if you've had him for awhile and you've never seen this, there may actually be something wrong.

I've had him for just over 2 years, and when i mean rapidly putting his foot up and down, i mean hes his foot goes up and down about 5 times a second. Its not normal, and i know its bugging him

Eeekkk...I would definitely call your vet and ask whether or not you should be concerned. Better safe than sorry.....keep us updated. Good luck!!
