My Beloved Honjo

This month it's been 5yrs since I had to put my Honjo down due to illness....He was one of my favorite Akitas and when my late husband was killed he was my rock....He knew when I needed consoling and never failed to give it...Unfortunetly when my husband was killed he willed himself to die and got to sick for us to bring him back...He will always be my treasure and I will never forget all of the love and compassion and joy he gave me....He will forever be in my heart...I know he looks over me and truly believe he blessed me with my new Akita Kujo as he knew I got much comfort from my pets...I know my buddy is resting peacefully at rainbow bridge and I look forward to the day I see him again......Rest in Peace My Beloved Honjo!!!

Thanks for sharing your memories of Honjo with us Ree. Glad he was there for you when your late hubby died. Sorry to hear of his loss though.

Our pets may not be able to stay forever in our daily lives, but they remain forever in our hearts. I am sorry to hear about the loss of your husband and Honjo.

Thanks so much guys...But don't worry...Honjo also led me to my new husband who's the greatest man a woman can ask for...Thanks Honjo...You never let me down even though your at rainbrow bridge...Mama loves you buddy!!!
