OMGosh, I do not like Petland PERIOD!! The one here still sells large birds and have puppies behind plexiglass. :mad: They get their baby birds from Florida, and they are still not weaned. ACK!!

Signed that is just so sad. I can not believe it. I am naughty but I go in the Petland here to get some puppies out to play with. Never will buy anything from there but I just feel so sorry for them. And of course I love puppy breath. :)

Two humans here signed! I can't believe this! Some people are either retarded and don't know any better or they are heartless.How could you in good conscience look at Bobo everyday and parade him around in such a degrading manner,and not think you are an abusive and exploitive owner?
Stories like this make me cross and I just want to go bust in to the store and get him.I like to think I'm a patient soul(I'm a nurse)but situations like these need to be remedied fast!
What if people protested outside the store?I don't mean a kick butt protest but one that would get the owners attention and show him that more people are unhappy with Bobo having to live such a life.Contact local press,try and embarrass him into doing the right thing?
I don't know.....poor Bobo,

I can't believe Petland would do such a thing. They could easily have legal actions taken against them could they not? At first I didn't believe what I read until I clicked on the link to see the full petition. Petlands where I am are NOT allowed to carry animals like that and I find them reliable due to the fact that not only is my boyfriend a reptile and fish manager but they refuse to do things like that, let alone take in monkeys and parade them around. I am extremely disgusted...it's like when I found out Pisces had monkeys AS WELL AS DUCKS and I felt disgusted with the environments they were being kept in. Consider it signed by myself as well. I would deffenetly like Bobo to have a better home that can meet both his needs and space that is required.
