I have a flat roof covered in gravel. There are some outdoor cats that have decided to make it their giant litterbox. Does anyone have suggestions how to stop them (removing the gravel is not an option).

If there are no small children to put these in their mouths... mothballs work great! I have used them in my flower beds and it really does work. Some people do not like the smell but it did not bother me.
