I keep in a lot of my books and magazines that monkey bread or biscuits seems to be a favorite breakfast food. I have looked everywhere for a recipe but cannot find one. Does anyone have a recipe or know where I can get one?

Thanks

Our birds never cared for monkey biscuits....they love corn bread/muffins. We fed them healthy homemade muffins (without the sugar and salt) with lots of fruit. ;)

Here's a few site's with recipes... hope it helps. :)

What are Monkey Biscuits? The monkey bread I am familiar with has yeast in it.

The pet shop where we got our GC sold Monkey Bread. They were a bag of about 10 and you were supposed to soak them in water or a bit of juice and serve them to your bird. NONE of our birds liked them. I don't know what was in them Georgia.

LOL.. I call them monkey biscuits because they are little hard squares that you soak in liquid ... and they look like biscuits to me :D . Not sure how they're made or what ingredients they have in them... none of our birds like them either.

Hehehehehe, okay.......:D I was thinking of monkey bread that I make for all sorts of different sweet breads and such for human consumption.........LOL. Like raisin cinnamon bread, or pull~apart bread for breakfast goodies....hahaha.
