Chicagoland Family Pet Expo and Pet T-Shirts

Two items:

(1) Event: March 17-19, is the Chicagoland Family Pet Expo located at Arlington Park Racecourse in Arlington Heights, IL. Admission is $7 for adults.

The show features over 130 vendors, special events (agility), rescue/adoption opportunties and more. I will be exhibiting my art reproductions and launching a new line wearable art t-shirts in booth #141.

(2) Opinion requested: I created 24 shirts for the above show. I took some pictures (not the best photos-I'm not a photographer) and posted them on my web page:

What do you think of my designs? Are they too cute? Would you wear them in public or as least as pj tops? My husband said they look like hippie, tie-dye shirts. :confused:

Thank you for your opinion. I'm praying people will like them. I truly believe with my whole heart in the sentiments I placed on each one: All (dogs, cats) go to heaven. (Dogs, Cats) are earth's angels. (Dogs, Cats) will know your name in heaven. Let us live and love--I think that's what they say to us, especially shelter animals.

Unfortunately, the resist process I am using to create them does not work on light colors nor reds and oranges. The shirts are an experiemental work in progress and come in 5 colors so far--black, navy, royal blue, turquoise and kelly green.

If you come to the show, please stop by and introduce yourself. It will be a joy meeting you in person and hearing about your pet experiences.

Your babies are beautiful, especially the pic of your pooch with the toy in mouth. Your kitties are so fuzzy too. Got to love 'em!

My t-shirts were a success at the show--sold everyone except the one I was wearing and a sample. Took several orders too. I've posted a few pics of my booth on my homepage. Thanks again for your support. Hope you and your furry friends are well.
