Hi everyone! I would like some possible prayers and a memorial on this for one of our almost year old baby Pigmy goats, Missy. She died last night of a broken neck. My parents both say that she didn't suffer any, but I don't know. I don't want to go out and look at her, because I am already sad about it and I will break down into tears because I loved her so much and helped raise her and her twin brother Kaos (pronounced as Chaos)! We will be getting (what I believe is) a little girl Pigmy, that will be 2 weeks and 2 days when we get her. I get to raise her by myself but my Mom wants to of course snuggle with her as well. I am going to train her like a dog, to go to the bathroom outside although it will take quite a long time, train her to a harness & lead for walking, and I also get to bottle/hand feed her because we will not have the mother here to feed her up until she is weaned. We are planning on breeding Venus (Mamma goat) again so we can get another one of her babies, or a couple babies! I miss, my little Missy now! But thank you for anyone who cares and reads this as well.

Bless your heart, xXFerretluvr, I'm sorry to hear about your pigmy goat passing away. You obviously loved her very much. I've lost a beloved pet once and I know how painful it can be. In time, it won't be so painful. I'm glad you are getting another and that you'll be able to raise her from a baby. That way you two can bond from the start. You're in my prayers and I hope your new little bundle of joy will bring you much happiness! :)

I am really sorry about your goat. They can be great pets. I just lost mine this past July. He was 10 years old, I had him since he was 8 weeks. He was 1/2 Nubian and 1/2 Toggenburg. He thought he was a dog. He walked with me & the dogs every day. Anyway, I wish you lots of luck with your new goat. Missy will always have a special place in your heart.

I am very sorry too - just how did she break her neck?
