I have been taking care of my Mom's Cocker Romeo, and have stated in the past that Romeo is TERRIFIED of my little parakeet Woodstock. Well, it took a little work, but Romeo is making progress on his fear! As long as the big bad parakeet stays in his cage....lol. All I did was take the cage off the hook, and place it on the floor and talk to Woodstock, and then I would move away and call Romeo over and slowly I got him to sit closer. First Romeo would bolt from the room, and not come when I called him. Then he bolted from the room, and then would slowly come when I called him and sit as close to me as possible. Now, well. I am sitting a couple of feet away from him when I took these pictures.

And here is a picture of him after I put the cage back up on its hook. Is that a smile I see? lol
