New Recipes!!!

I dont know where I got this recipe from, as I got it off the internet, hand wrote the recipe and now forgotten where it came from so I can't give it due credit it deserves!

I'm trying this recipe tonight, as I have the beans soaking right now:

Kittchen Sink Rice and Beans

1 bag of 16 bean soup mix, soaked over night

boil it with 1 cup brown rice

boil gently for about 30mins.

drain

add 1 bag frozen beans, broccoli, carrot, corn, green beans and wild blue berries and/or cranberries.

I have my FIDs enjoy it! I'll give you guys the result!

My fids LOVE corn, so I'm going to try this tip tomorrow, but thought I'll share it.

Bag of corn kernels in a slow cooker on low with enough water to cover, go to bed. Wake up, add more water. Go to work. At night, cooked corn!!

angel ate it and with every bite said, "Ymm!!!!" Gummy Lily and Ulysses picked out their favorites, and I'm sure with time will eat the other good stuff as well since they're beaking it! It looks great and taste great too! lol
