I had been pondering over a slight problem we were having with Louie. I had to move his cage when we put our grey in the living room......couldn't be helped it was the only way it would work. Louie had not been all that happy since...I put a mirror behind his cage thinking that might work but it didn't. He was starting to get into trouble for chewing on picture frames etc...So, I was cleaning out some things the other day and I came across a Home Interior flower holder with a fan type back on it. It is made of that hard type material...I don't know what you call it but it's not wood. Anyway I had Terry put it up there sturdy so he could climb and play on it and maybe hide in it where the flowers were supposed to go. Worth a shot and it worked! He just loves it. I put toys all over and a soft cage buddy in the bottom...took a few pics so you could see what I am talking about.

Judy what a great idea to keep Oliver out of trouble and entertained. Pepper looks great. What a nice manzanita stand!!

Thank you all so much. You know, we worry and fret and stew over our birds probably more than we ever did our kids...LOL and I just could not stand it because Louie looked so frustrated and lonely:( . He just did not like where we put him because before he was by a window and he would climb up and the mini blinds all day long (they are metal) and he loved to hide at the very top behind the ruffle of the curtain...LOL. I just knew there had to be something I could do and like I said, I was sorting through a closet and saw this and it just popped in my mind...hey...here we go because of all the holes I knew I could hang stuff and he can't tear it up. And it worked....he loves it. :)
