Sorry for the delay...I crashed when I got home and had to take care of birds and seems everything just piled up all at once. Tomorrow is Terrys appt with his doc about his threat......so I will post a picture then catch you all tomorrow evening and God bless you all fro the beautiful thoughts and prayers...You are all the greatest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D Sorry...she was only about 15 min old here so she had not gotten dressed yet and I had to leave before all that was done.....:D

I forgot to mention that she is 6lb. 15oz. and 19" long. I had to post this photo of Luke. Isn't he a cutie?? He was 2 last Dec. and he was very upset that nobody has let him hold baby Grace yet so I was trying to console him. LOL

Thank you Donna!!! She was very alert but I think c-section babies are because they have not suffered trying to get born. That is one happy family tonight. First word out of daddys mouth was wow....# 7 and I still get excited...hahahahahaha....I am going to bed now. Big day tomorrow....
Should have posted this picture first but I just realized I did not have one of mommy and daddy holding her yet but I will soon. Just thought I should show who mommy was....Grace was not here yet.....just about 15 min. before they took her to surgery..........Night everyone

I just thought of something funny here....can you imagine how Grace will feel when she is older that her grandma plastered her nudey baby picture on the internet.....I am laughing thinking about it now and Oliver(Quaker) told me to shhh....the nerve of him.............LOL

What a beautiful little girl and how blessed she is to have so many brothers and sisters to welcome her into the world! To say nothing about a happy grandma!! I have to say, she looks bigger than 6 lbs and something. Be sure to post more pictures when you have time and prayers for Terry today.

Judy the same thought occurred to me! Hey by the time she is old enough to be on the internet it will be so buried by 15 years of stuff others have posted that it probably will not be a problem. Or in a month when everyone has had a chance to see this thread ...............you could opt to delete it.
Grace is absolutely beautiful Judy!!!! I can't get over how alert she is for only being 15 minutes old. She made me cold looking at her -- hope they got to dressing or giving her a blanket soon after you left. Brrrrrr Although it didn't seem to be bothering her any.
Good Luck with Terry's tests today. Hope it goes really fast and you are back home before you know it!

wow, busy week for the wilsons. Congrats- looks like somebody is trying to start their own baseball team:D . Maybe you ought to pull her aside and tell her what causes that.;)

Well Gems.......I did that once way back with baby # 4 which was Cody. I really was only kidding but I got put in my place very quickly and I have never asked again:eek: I guess she gets so teased about it that after awhile it rubs in the wrong way.
Her words were this: I take care of my children 24/7. We never ask for a baby sitter unless it is an emergency. I cook from scratch and sometimes the kids help. We take them swimming, hiking fishing etc.... and we take them all. The boys are in boy scouts and the girls are in girl scouts. We never miss a program at school. They all make good grades. They are all in FBLA and have had projects every summer. We are not on welfare and we would not do anything different if we had a chance to start all over again.
Sooooo......I stay way out of the way when she is asked that question..LOL
She is a great mommy. They had the kids there at the hospital because as soon as Terri and Grace were in the room they had a Valentine cake and punch to celebrate Graces entrance to the world. It was just them too...a private ceremony...hahahahaha
You just don't hear of big familys like you used to. There were 6 in my family and Terri's husband Mike had 5 brothers and sisters. My sister n law was one in a family of 11 children.......WOW......LOL
