Do you think dogs really go to heaven???

Please if you think differently or something better like if they do really go to heaven, my dog whizzer just got put down int othat peaceful sleep 2 days after Christmas. Some x-mas present. Please if you had a pet die please tell me all about your experience afterward. I just hope there is a pet heaven.

I am very sorry for your loss, it is so sad to loose a pet. I have lost many as I am old at over 67, but each one was very very hard on me. I believe there is a special place GOD saved for them, they are his creatures after all? They do awit us at www.rainbowbridge.com also.

Here's a hug. Yes I do belive they go to heaven! I lost my Randy his was a big guy mixed shepard and weinemerrana 8 years ago and I think of him always. I know he watches over me as whizzer will watch over you.

Midnight8393, your Whizzer is right with my Bu at Rainbow Bridge. They are both happy, running, playing, and free of any pain they left behind here on earth. I know my Bu watches over me. There is not a soul on this earth that could convince me otherwise. She left me this past Mother's Day, and I can't begin to tell you what tremendous, sorrowful emotions I went through. Each day gets better, but I know I will have brief moments where I breakdown and cry until the day we meet at Rainbow Bridge. Some of the oddest moments cause these spurts of emotion, as simple as sitting on my porch, envisioning her trotting up to me with her beautiful little face smiling at me. Sometimes when I go to bed, I think of how she would snuggle with me every night for 15 years, and my tears will begin to flow. My signature is my tribute to my baby in every post I make. She will always have my heart.

Not too long ago, I would not have been able to talk about her this long without breaking down, so I know each day will help to ease your heart too. Bless you for loving Whizzer!! {{{{hugs}}}} and prayers sent your way.

regarding yourr question I think 100% yes they go to heaven. It would make little sense to me that my pets who have left this earth and who I believe were created by the same creator of myself would not be in Heaven. In fact I think anything created is there that is good. Animals would be that. I think not only our are dogs, cats, snakes and whatever eles we call pets sleep besides lions, elephants and everything else underneath perfect willow trees.

Some my differ so its my opnion.
I think my GiGi, Radar, Loni, jake, midnight, sunshine, marshmellow, diddy, weston and so on all hang out in perfect peace.
