here are the pictures of cain we got today. she is so awesome! she was so playful, and loves to give kisses. you can reach right into her mouth to take her toys. she could care less about the cats. she has never been around kids that they are aware of, so that is why they think she might not be good with them. of course, she could be fine with them. they also have her vet records. when we met her, i got down to her level and was immediately greeted with kisses. she kept grabbing her "puppy love" leash and wanted to play. she is chubby and she probably needs to lose about 10-15lbs. she doesn't like having her nails clipped, she'll keep tugging her legs back, but is good with a bath. she gets no excercise whatsoever, and really needs someone that will play with her. she is just so precious and really deserves a chance. she is spayed and has lived with 4 cats and a dog. she comes with her crate, and she lets you know when she has to go outside. her owner is moving and cannot take her. cain has an appointment to be euthanized on dec. 27 @ 3:15pm.

Has Cain been posted on the Petfinder Message board under "Urgent"? Only 6 days left of her life is so sad!! I pray someone at least fosters her to save her life.

Oh my gosh, shes gorgious! i am so sad about this! where dus she live again? does she live anywhere in missouri? if so, i can ask around to see if any1 i no wants her, b-cuz shes so adorable, and sounds so sweet, and i want her 2 find a good home! its not fair that she can't find a home! i will help in anyway possible! just tell me the loctaion, and i will ask around! also, if i accidentaly quoted the photos 2, sorry, don't think i did, but oh well! well, tell me where she lives, and i will try my absolute best 2 find her a home!

okay, that was my husband pretending to be me on the above post, sorry.

anyway, the dog is in latrobe, pa, which is about an hour from pittsburgh. please cross post, you definately have my permission. a really sweet person just posted cain on pbsmiles.com. so the word is getting out there, just no definates yet.

i also have cain on this site under general discussion for dogs. it is entitled can you help this pit bull. i have some different info posted on there about her. if there are any questions i haven't answered yet, email me i may know the answer. thanks everyone!

This is so sad :( . Have you tried contacting rescues to see if they can help?. There has got to be someone out there that is willing to foster.... is this girl going to die because the owner is moving?. How can this person do this?.

yeah, i've contacted pit rescues, and local shelters. she is on this forum, dog.com forum, pitbullforum.com, petfinder, pbsmiles.com, and emailed her pics to everyone i know. also my day job is working with dogs at a holistic wellness center and spa, so ive even been asking at work. there is someone local though that has just asked for pics, so i hope they end up liking her cute looks and want to meet her. after that, i'm sure they wouldn't be able to pass her up.

well, as of christmas, i found out that my brother is adopting cain. i just want to thank everyone who has mailed me and that has crossposted. cain will be moving to clarion, pa and will have someone at her disposal all day. i think it will be really great for her. thanks again everyone, and i hope you all had a merry christmas!

well, my brother just left with cain about an hour ago. they really seemed to hit it off. she is such a cutie and so fun! he is going to be changing her name a bit , he is going to call her candycane since she is now his christmas puppy. i hope she doesn't mind!
