We've turned over a new leaf

For many years my parents fed our dogs Kibbles n' Bits from the store. We've found out, luckily, that this food is not at all healthy for dogs, as it contains feathers and these are supposed to be their "protein". So now we've switched to Science Diet for Older Dogs and it seems to be taking a wonderful effect on them, they are now much more active than they were.

Does anyone else feed their dog science diet?

I don't feed it to mine, but I know there are several here that feed Science Diet and their dogs are doing great on it. When it comes to kibble, there are quite a few different opinions on it, just as there are opinions on other issues.......lol. Kibbles N Bits is a cruddy food, so that was a great choice in dumping that off their kibble menu.......:D

Yeah we heard it was filled with crud really, it wasn't doing our dogs any good. I'm glad they're getting a much healthier food now:cool:
