hi i am ashok from india.
i never thght i have to write abt my pet cat "bruno" so early in this column
she passed away yesterday having lived a life of only 4 years.
she was hardly one month old when her mother a cat from our neighborhood brought her to my house as her owner(bruno's mothers) had thrown her mother and the baby out of their house.
alas i feel very bad today.
when i came back home today in the evening i felt my room was so empty. she would sit by my side when i used to work on my computer. she would wait eagerly for my coming home at night as she knew she will get an extra fish because of me from my mom.
i can still feel the warmth of her body in my hand.
she was really very beutiful i sometimes used to wonder that God must have taken much time in designing her body her tail looked the best
she earned the name of beuty in our neighborhood. actually she couldnt survive becaues of the vet doctor who couldnt give her proper medicine she got of because a nail had peirced her hind leg and made a hole. later on the wound become bad.
i have only a complain with god if u had to take her away from me then what was the use of bringing her so close to me for only 4 yrs two months. and hope the vet doctor pays for his sins.
i really miss her very much today really miss her terribly though i have other cats in fact around 30 of them but she was someone very special she was my only daughter
i miss her very much

I too am very sorry for your loss. You asked why God had to bring her to you if he knew you were to only get 4 years with her. I think it's because God knew she would have a short life and He wanted her to have the very best home possible. I, as many of us, know the grief and pain you are going through. Trust me it will pass and you'll be able to look back at the memories and smile. Hugs and prayers to you.

Ashok,

I am very sorry to hear this... "TooCrazy" said it perfectly though... this is why God sent her there to you. I have lost two at a young age, God's plan is all. But they were spoiled and loved and would have had none of that if not for me ... you keep that in mind ... what a life you gave them, even if it was not as long as it could have been ... because you opened your heart. Thank you for being here on this Earth.

I'm so very sorry for your loss. The good times you had with her will stay in your heart forever even though her tije with you was cut so short.
