orphan kittens, need advice ;-)

Hi to all of you, I'm gonna need advice: I have with me 2 kitten, their mom died last week, they're quite small, i'd say a month, they dont know how to eat by themsleves, I give them food with a seringue, and they have good apetite. I give them full cream milk with cerelac ( baby food, I'm in Egypt). But today one of them starts 2 have diharea. Am I doing something wrong ? and also, they seem 2 be hungry ALL the time, how often and how much should I feed them ?
ANY advice from your experience would be great, I'm usually good with cats, but I never had to take care of so small ones !
