My sugerface has several issues. She is VERY near sighted, her joints pop and crack and she soaks up water like a sponge. When Tiny gets a bath, water will bead up and roll off of him. This is not the case with Sophie. I know it has something to do this the dander or powder cockatiels produce. Does anyone else have the same problem with your cockatiels?
Funny thing…I thought I was allergic to all cockatiels, but no I’m only allergic to Sophie. She has issues with any spots or hairs on my body. She will try to pull or pick it off of me. When she does this I develop hive but when Tiny nips the rim of my lips I don’t break out. That’s his way of telling you he wants his head rubbed.
