Go to your User CP, click on "edit options", scroll all the way down until you see "avatar", then click on the "change avatar" or "choose avatar", (something along those lines), I don't think this forum has any avatar's that you can use from here, so you would have to make your own. So click on "browse" or even before you click on browse, go to your pictures that are on your computer and try to size them down so they are SMALL (they will be like one inch wide and tall when shown on the screen). You can usually do this in Microsoft Paint. (If you have Adobe Photoshop, I highly recommend it, it's alot easier). Your picture has to be very very small in order for it to accept it.
Sorry if the last part was kind of bumpy, it's hard to explain, it's easier to do then it sounds.
