Stroke in my best friend

My dog Katie suffered what appears to be a stroke.Her vet said that most dogs make a almost complete recovery. This happen on Tues 9/16 she spent two day in the hospital. On She has been home since Thurs 9/18 . She cannot stand her head is tilted downward. She will eat and drink. GuessIm looking for anyone with similar experiences. thank you she has made a lot of progress and is moving around the house and eating and drinking.
