Hello All!

I would like to say hello to all you animal lovers out there. I have a cat. I'm quite new at joining any forum, but when it comes to fellow animal lovers, it's the only forum I would want to join. Don't really know what to say!

Hi Dee Dee! We've all been new to forums at one point, so dont' worry, you'll quickly figure everythign out! I can't wait to hear all about your cat. I have three cats (though one I'm just fostering) as well as six birds and a lizard and salamander!

Dee Dee I love your name. My name is Diane and my two nieces called me Dee Dee when they were very young and couldn't say Diane. Silly, but when they began to be able to say my name I felt sad to see the nick name go.

Well first let me say welcome to the board and don't worry about never being on a forum before. This was my first one and at first it was strange - but soon everyone here began to feel like family.
So, tell us about your cats.

Thank you for your welcome! Feels good to know there are so many people that care about our "children"!

I have one cat now. She, unfortunately, had squamous cell carcinoma and had to have her limb removed. However, she's doing great. She's back to her old self. She's a grey and white DSH. She's very loving and has turned into quite a lap cat! She wasn't when she was younger.

In order to be able to care for her, I've been giving her herbs so that when she is sick, I can give her something to make her feel better. Does anyone else do that?

I have a list of all the herbs she likes.

Again, thanks for the welcome!!
