How can i teach my dog commands and tricks? Ive never owned a dog before and would like to know how to go about it! Thanx!!!

Before anything else start working on her obedience... I posted a bunch of info for you on your other post about that.... As she lears her obedience commands you can always add in things ike "giving paw" "Roll Over" etc...
What do you want to teach her? How you do most of it depends on the trick.
Here are some tips that apply to pretty much everything in general....
Decide on a command and use only that command for the behavior you are asking her to do....
No matter what the trick use love praise and if you want a toy or food reward to help motivate her.
use short frequent , positive, sessions
never get frustrated
